For technical advice about operation of SCANCO Medical microCT systems, please check the Customer FAQ, which is available to all customers. If your specific issue is not addressed, please collect the information listed here and e-mail this to our support staff. Please include your scanner ID and a full description of your problem.

We support all current models µCT 45, µCT 50, µCT 90, µCT 100, µCT 100 HE, vivaCT 80 and XtremeCT II as well as µCT 35, µCT 40, µCT 80, vivaCT 40, vivaCT 75 and XtremeCT, which are no longer available as new products. For even older systems, please contact us by email to discuss possibilities.
